Create in-line measurement without disturbing product flow with a screw weigh system, which includes a weigh frame, load cell , junction box, speed pickup and screw conveyor. By providing a screw conveyor with a weigh system, bulk material flow is easily measured.

The screw conveyor is mounted at the inlet in a set of special pivots and connected to a loadcell near the outlet and provided with a speed encoder.

Two flexible connections take care of a dust tight inlet and outlet. This screw weigher is available for ATEX categories II2D and II3D (zone 21 and 22)
