Rice Lake Weighing Systems SCT-4XD Belt Scale Integrator

Rice Lake Weighing Systems’ SCT-4XD is a high-speed belt scale integrator designed to withstand extreme environments while providing fast, reliable and accurate weighments. The SCT-4XD can manage a belt scale with up to four load cells and, with up to 100 conv/sec updates, is a perfect solution for bulk material weighing. Highly serviceable, the SCT-4XD features removable terminal blocks to simplify wiring. Two operating modes, belt or solid flow metering, offers flexibility for different applications. The SCT-4XD performs seamlessly with self-contained DIN rail integration when an operator HMI is not required. It can also be paired with the 1280 terminal to enhance usability with a resistive touchscreen and intuitive interface for real-time diagnostics and process data. The 1280 also features a built-in web server which allows remote connection from anywhere on the network.
